10.0It is a nice modern apartment with one separate bedroom. Amazing host, very well prepared with all the necessities available. Nearby several very nice Cafes and nice restaurants. ~30m relaxed walk to Colosseum and other landmarks. Also there is a direct Tram to same locations just 5 min walk from the apartment. Definitely can recommend
− It is not exactly a concern, but the apartment is on the ground floor with entrance directly from the street. One bed in a separate room, while the other in the main room/kitchen so not very private.

10.0We were very pleased with our stay. Tatiana met us at apartment and we were pleasantly surprised at the large accommodation. Tatiana was the perfect hostess and everything was better than expected!! The area was a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. It was about a 25 minute walk from Termini station. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us during our time in Rome, a magnificent city!!
