− outside of property doesnt reflect the indside , it looked run down and tired . it need a fresh coat of paint on the outside.

6.0Quiet location, short drive from many lovely beaches and Padstow.
− Bath mat would have been useful. An easier to operate hot water system would be beneficial. A more appealing garden space that makes you want to sit outside in on the glorious evenings, garden table very basic, two chairs were grubby. Otherwise, ok.
