− Mizerie de nedescris în bucătărie. În loc de sapun in una din bai era balsam de par. Lenjeria de pat ruptă. Într-un dormitor ,perdeaua și draperia erau sub pat.

Quiet area, but improvements are needed

The neighbours next door were very friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of street parking available nearby, making it easy to park a car. Overall, the area is quiet and peaceful.

− I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The positive aspects were that the neighbours next door were very friendly, there was plenty of street parking available, and the area was generally quiet and peaceful. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The main one was the lack of privacy. There were no curtains or blinds in the bedroom connected to the main bathroom, nor in either of the two bathrooms or in the kitchen. Since the windows face the courtyard, it was easy for neighbours to see inside when the lights were on. Frosted window film or curtains would greatly improve privacy. I also found some dirty cutlery mixed in with the clean utensils. I believe this may simply have been an oversight by the cleaning staff. Another issue was the kitchen sink, which did not appear to be properly fitted or sealed to the countertop. Water leaked around the edges every time the tap was used. The TV mounted on the wall was significantly smaller than the one shown in the listing photos. Finally, the iron provided had an American plug, so I was unable to use it because there was no compatible socket available in the apartment. Overall, the apartment has potential, but several maintenance and privacy issues should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Zonă centrală, acces facil, loc de parcare. Apartamentul frumos renovat, o combinație reușită între clasic și modern. Liniște pe timpul nopții, curtea interioară în curs de amenajare dar starea ei actuală, invadată de vegetație printre clădirile vechi săsești îți transmite un sentiment de nostalgie de parcă timpul a încremenit.

Die Wohnung ist groß und Zentrumsnah gelegen

− Der Geruch, der Zugang über einen ekelhaften Hof, alter und sanierungsbedürftiger Treppenaufgang, die Toiletten und Zimmern Türen lassen sich nicht schließen, die Türen haben Fenster, keine Küchenutensilien außer Töpfe ( kein Kochlöffel, zu wenig Besteck, keine Teller), kaputte Inneneinrichtung, Matratzen zu klein, z.T kein Lattenrost, Bett defekt, Steckdose direkt neben Dusche, keine Gardinen, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Bad Utensilien. Im allgemeinen ist die Wohnung noch nicht Bezugsfertig.
