9.0The apartment was in a safe location that was easy walking distance to several attractions. It was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
− There was central air in half the space and those areas were a bit warmer than the areas with a unit in the room. Im not sure if the temp was set higher or it was just an old unit.
The hosts were excellent. For a family you couldn’t do better

Spacious, well appointed apartment with super service from the rental agency.
10.0The location is in walking distance to most places and it is easy to get a bus to further out locations. The busses were easy to use and not packed. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and super clean. The rental agency was extremely helpful and very friendly. They can arrange transport, tours etc and take care of your bags until your next move. They were very gracious and let me stay in the office after check out while the family explored in the 97 degree heat which was too much for me. I will definitely use them again.

10.0Fantastic location, staff very helpful and checked in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly. Lots of space, very cool and quiet apartment with lots of space to spread out - great terrace space too. Lift was a bonus too.
− Not a massive issue but be careful with the slope into the lounge, I think we all slipped on it during the stay.
