− Pas d air conditionné, mais ce n' est qu'un petit détail, l appartement est très bien mais placé au dernier étage pour la salle de bain et une chambre double. Donc en grande chaleur ce n' est pas facile.

− La cage d'escalier menant à la 2e chambre et à la salle de bain est assez dangereuse. Il serait intéressant de réduire l'espace entre les bois pour sécuriser.

− Très compliqué de trouver une place pour se garer Pas de serviette, ni TV Cable, ni produits pour toilette L'escalier hyper exigu que ce soit dans l'immeuble ou dans l'appart pour accéder à la chambre Le rapport qualité / prix La caution à payer d'avance de 150 euros !
