Anita is a great apartment for a stay in Rome! Clean, great AC and plenty of space to hang out!

We loved the apartment for our family of four. It was nice to have breakfast outside in the morning, have a home base to take afternoon naps, and the AC worked really well for our August trip! Having two bathrooms was a luxury, and we liked the Monti neighborhood.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo duży apartament świetnie wyposażony jest wszystko co potrzeba. Duży plus za dwie łazienki . Piękny taras . Blisko do centrum i do wszelkich zabytków. Blisko sklepy spożywcze i kawiarnie.

− Sofa trochę niewygodna do spania ale to w końcu sofa a nie łóżko .

Amazing apartment, amazing stay. The Monti neighborhood is a great area to venture from.

We loved everything about the apartment. Joi was waiting at the apartment to give us the keys. He was very nice and even helped us with the luggage. There's a small elevator that goes to the 5th floor and then we walk up to the 6th floor. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable with very modern fixtures and appliances that we weren't really expecting. The bathrooms are very modern and the shower had excellent water pressure. There are three A/C units in the apartment that kept it very cool. The outdoor patio is amazing and relaxing. It's within walking distance of many historical sites. Plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour grocery store nearby. Most are within 10 to 15 minutes. The area (Monti) is very safe. We even walked to the Vatican (one hour, but it's a beautiful city to walk). Overall, it was perfect for us, a family of four. When we come back to Rome, we will stay here again, no doubt. Thank you!

− Not really a problem, but the only thing is to make sure the previous people didn't leave the heaters on. Even though it was still cool inside, we didn't know that three of them were on until I touched one of them and then checked all of them. Easy twist knob to turn off.

We would stay at Anita again in a heartbeat!

The flat is marvelous. The location is perfect, very close to everything you need from restaurants to transportation and attractions.

The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and had an amazing terrace outdoors to enjoy during our visit. The location was perfect for the sights we had on our agenda and was close to many restaurants and public transportation.

− We had a miscommunication with the host to get the keys upon arrival. It took longer than expected, but within 45 minutes the keys were delivered and we got into the apartment.
