Sehr geräumiges Haus mit Komplett-Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber, die Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut. Rasen und Pool gepflegt, Gasgriller vorhanden (wir nutzten ihn 1x). Alle Gewürze, Essig/Öl und Kaffees (Kapseln, gemahlen, ...) vorhanden. Nicht weit zum Strand von Skotina, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Coffee-Shop nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt.

− In der Nähe wird gerade massiv gebaut, da war es untertags manchmal etwas laut. Sind die Häuser fertig, dann hat sich das Problem von selbst erledigt.

The property was very well equipped, many of the things we didn't expect,like electric bikes, kitchen and fridge stocked for at least the first day if not even more,basic pharmacy,6 ways to make coffee, all the kitchen utensils one can think of, beach toys, floaters, good internet (well compared to some other places we stayed at in Greece), Netflix...3 outside sitting areas with fans, great pool(cleaned twice during our 7 days stay)well maintained greenery,great air-conditioning...Clean towels and beach towels,hairdryers, washing machine, absolutely everything you need... books, games,...and I am sure I am forgetting some of the extras, but the house really had all we could think of and more. Very friendly owner, reacted immediately to our messages and calls,left a booklet he made with instructions and photos of the area,i.e. how to get to surrounding beaches,towns, points of interest...

− Not that this was a surprise (we were aware that the house is not on the beach -it would not be possible to get such a great house for this price at the beach anyway) but you would need a car to get around. The property was so nice that we were not really motivated to move around, but that is our fault and in no way something that should deter anyone from booking this house.
