− Small rooms. Too many cushions with no space to put them. Look lovely for initial presentation but somewhat impractical.

Disappointment in Sawtell
5.0Easy walking to beach and shops, contains everything you need to self cater although a good deal of it old stained or damaged and needs replacing. This old flat has been given a makeover which must be why the price is so high.
− Kitchen items in poor condition. Bed uncomfortable. Old grubby looking floor mat. Had to buy batteries for the living room fan remote. Communal laundry with power operating system instructions in the cupboard, a nuisance if you forget to turn your power on. If on the top floor awkward concrete stairs to get your things up. Very tight parking spaces For just under $300 a night this is way overpriced the place is tiny we were just 2 people no idea where 4 could even sit to watch TV. Loads of better accommodation walking distance to shops and beach take time to look.
