− the receptionist refused to issue an invoice for the stay - with a motive that if it was done through booking.com then I should request the invoice from booking.com - which is weird. I had to elevate the issue to booking

10.0Exceptional services with stunning view. The room itself is spacious, well designed, homey and luxurious. Havn’t got chance to visit the restaurant or the spa. Definitely on my revisit list and will recommend.
