1.0− We booked this apartment because of its location in the center of Samobor. Booked it and paid for it five days before our arrival, just to come and call them to find out that they double-booked the apartment so WE had to go somewhere else even though we were first to book it. They waited for the very last minute to tell us so we had no chance to find another apartment with similar location( we couldnt drive because we were in the city for the concert). Host offered us some apartments that were very far, we didnt accept it and asked for either our apartment, that we paid for or our money. Because we had enough, waited for 3+ hours to get nothing. Then I contacted the host for the refund and he told me no problem. Three days went by and no msg from the host. Horrible experience to be honest. Im never one to leave reviews but I had to leave this one.
