Beautiful house, we enjoyed a really lovely stay and would DEFINITELY recommend.

− A more modern hot tub instead of a Scandinavian one. Had to buy kindling to start a fire for it due to there being none on arrival.

− Could not get tv channels on 1st night. This was fixed 2nd night as they brought us a Fire Stick.

10.0Was a really nice couple days away, only around 20minute drive to Ambleside, yet still really felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. Views of windermere and clear nights in the hot tub made this stay really special.

− The property is looking a little tired. Some painting is required, walls, window frames and sills. The shower cubicle in the en suite was covered in mould and needs a deep clean, although the sink and toilet were spotless.
A lovely holiday cottage set in a wonderful quiet location.
9.0Fab location with a view over Lake Windermere. Spacious cottage with modern conveniences and rustic charm. Powerful shower! Property also has a Scandinavian Hot Tub!
