Had a lovely stay with family. Lovely home just needs updating as pretty tired in places

− The beds. Mattresses and bedding needs upgrading especially twin and bunk bed (very rickety). Balcony off double room needs cleaning. Couldn’t use as dirty with cobwebs (been there quite a while). Furniture on decking unsafe. One chair gave way which could have been nasty. Had to pick dog poo up from garden (not ours). Children we’re playing here
We had a good stay despite uncomfortable beds and sofas.

− Fridge and freezer need defrosting .Sofas and beds need upgrades.Suggest you put a visitors book for guests to give you more feedback back .When driving down road first time hard to see your Seaston es sign.

− Only minor issue was the decking needed a sweep and the grass needed a cut - all very minor and overall excellent accomodation and good value for any family

− Info difficult to read as all seems to be placed out of reach for 5ft elderly lady!
Excellent place for a stay in Southwold.
8.0Easy walk into town and dog walk nearby. The arrival bottle and tea/coffee etc was a nice touch.
− A bath mat for the shower would have been handy.
