Posizione buona anche x andare alla Biennale. Tutto molto pulito ed era fornito di tutti gli strumenti necessari anche per preparare la colazione o anche v un pranzo.

− Unica cosa non proprio gradita è stato l'accesso alla chiave esterna che era molto basso e forse anche un po difettoso.

Location of the apartment is pretty great - vaporetto station and Coop are really nearby, pretty close to city attractions

− Apartment doesn’t get sunlight almost at all. It causes mold issues, pretty high general humidity, and lack of desire to spend any time in the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes as well but it’s general Venice’s trait.

Très bien situé , à coter de l’arrêt ospedale , supermarché à 5mins à pied . Tout équipé. Vous êtes aussi à 10-15mins du centre et de tout les monument .

− Pas très lumineux , matelas à ressort , pas très bien isoler sur l’extérieur . Prévoyez des boules caisses

Affordable low-budget place for showering, cooking and sleeping but don't expect a comfortable stay.

The place has all basic facilities, and I believe the switches have been fixed; I didn't notice any mold, or at least it wasn't noticeable. The area is good and safe and prices are affordable for 1-2 people.

− The place is dark and cold, the windows are fixed therefore there's no natural light: the pictures don't reflect the actual ambiance. The only window is the one in the living room/kitchen, that goes directly to the back of a restaurant kitchen and where workers might show up (I was having dinner in underpants and someone popped up literally less than a meter away, all perfectly visible). Apart from that, the shower still leaks but not a big deal.
