− En la web de Booking dice entre los puntos fuertes del alojamiento; "Hay parking privado gratis en el alojamiento". Cuando pregunté por el mismo después de reservar la respuesta fue: "Parking is only available for one car and must be reserved. However, next to us, 100 meters away, you can park for free in a large, secure car park that is always open." Dije que quería reservar esa plaza, pero nunca me lo confirmaron. En la web puedes pensar que es un hotel o pensión. Pero es una casa particular sin ninguna indicación de alojamiento turístico que la alquilan por habitaciones. Sólo hablas con el encargado por teléfono o whatsapp y debe buscar la llave en una armario siguiendo las instrucciones que mandan al móvil

There is a kitchen, fridge which is nice.

− The host wanted an extra charge of 5 euros per person per night as a local tax, even though the booking states that the room rate includes taxes and local fees. If you don’t pay, the host won’t give you the access codes to the room, and at the same time, you can’t cancel the reservation. So either they’re charging twice, or the information on the booking site is incorrect. The house is close to the road, so it's pretty noisy. You cannot set the temperature on the air conditioner so it stays the same and blows directly onto the bed. The best ia noisy.

Ottima posizione rispetto all’aeroporto

− La stanza non era pulita e l’intero edificio in cui si trovava un po’ particolare. La porta di ingresso con codice rimane aperta, il bagno privato esterno viene fornito con chiave ma di fatto la serratura è rotta e rimane aperto. Il parcheggio consigliato era un parcheggio pubblico di un supermercato.

− - The instructions for the checkin were not so clear. We should have opened a gate but is was open. The front door of the building and the door of the appartement were also open. We had to enter a code just to find out that it only locks from the inside manually. This was an appartement with multiple guests so there was no way of knowing if people just entered or they were other guests... not very safe. - The room and the private bathroom were both super filthy! Booking allows me to upload only 4 pictures but i have many more. There was mold and other stuff in the shower. Even though the bathroom smelled so much of desinfectant that it was nauseating, it didn't seem like they cleaned there. There were also stains on the toilet seat and the walls. In the room there were mysterious brown stains on the curtains and what looked like drops of dried blood on the pillows and other stains on the furniture. Also the lock on the bathroom was so difficult to open, even with instructions from the host. - We booked a bedroom with view on the garden. A photo of the view from our bedroom is included (a shed with trash). - The room was not very sound isolated so you heard every sound made by the other guests and if you opened up the window you could hear the busy street. - The host himself was also not pleasant in communication. When we called him to tell hem we did not like the room, he insisted on oly messages. When i was typing he texted me seven times "??????" before i could finish one text. He then offered us a room in another one of his accommodations. But by then we had completedly lost trust in the host and we informed him we would just like a refund and that we would not be staying in the appartement. He said that a refund isn't an option since we refused the other room. We asked what we had to do with the keys and he stopped responding.

It was easy to access and it had a small garden where we could rest. The host gave us a private bathroom in exchange of a separate bed as it was ordered.

− The whole apartment wasn't very clean. it smelled a bit like smoke even though it is strikely forbiden. It was quite noisy as the doors were not quite sound or light proofed. To access the private bathroom we needed to get out of the room and pass next to the common kitchen.
