Booked in May, then when trying to enter the property no details on how to get in. Please avoid
1.0Nothing, couldn't get in to the place. Host didn't provide any details on how to enter the stay until the morning after at which point we had to pay for another hotel. Have tried to get the money back through booking.com but they passed the blame onto the host and are unwilling to help. Booking.com asked to to contact the host for a refund and not heard from the host either
− Booked in May for a stay in August, brief stay while returning from a holiday. A week before host asked to change but agreed to proceed as my family and I were about to leave for holiday. A few days before asked how to enter the property didn't receive a response however host said the house hadn't been cleaned and what did we want to do. Tried to message again as host didn't provide any details on how to enter the stay until the morning after at which point we had to pay for another hotel. Have tried to query this with booking.com and aren't willing to do anything and just passing the blame to the host who doesn't respond to calls.

1.0Muy mal por que después de reservar y pagar no conseguimos alojarnos por que no contestaban ,ni mensajes ni llamadas. Eran las 10 de la noche y después de reclamar a booking se hicieron las 12 y no había alojamientos en ningún sitio Nuestra última noche en Escocia sin dormir.

− Stuff still in dish washer once opened it stunk really bad Stuff still in the washing machine Freezer was left open before arrival which resulted in ice forming on the draws and unable to open draws and close freezer door No TV downstairs Old mouldy coffee in coffee jar Random holes around the property Difficult to lock and open the door Fork in woodwork of downstairs toilet
