10.0Great apartment in a lovely location, walking distance to old city center. Even though apartment is located on the pretty busy, main street, there was virtually no sound coming from the street once windows are closed. Small patio is also a nice addition. Just 2 minutes of walking there is a free street parking, which always had free spaces, which was a really nice addition and saved us few euros.
− There were just a few small things which we disliked, or better to say mad no sense to us. First thing, for some reason all shampoos and soaps are pretty watered down, not sure is it to save money, or for some other reason, but to us it just didn't make sense, makes the accommodation feel cheap. We didn't end up requesting it, but everything is charged extra, e.g. you need more towels, it costs etc. Not sure are towels exchanged automatically after some nights, but this is something to count on if you need your towels exchanged.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
