9.0Alessandra unsere Vermieterin, war sehr freundlich. Die Heizung hatte technische Probleme bereitet und Sie hat immer schnell reagiert. Zur Ausstattung gehört ein Kamin und Brennholz lag ausreichend bereit.
− Das die Heizkosten nicht im Preis enthalten waren, hatte einen gewissen Beigeschmack. Doch Alessandra hat offenbar keinen Fehler gemacht, denn Sie hat unter "Wichtige Informationen" diesen Punkt erwähnt. Wir hätten es also wissen können. Doch offenbar ist der Umstand dem geschuldet, des wir einen Preis für alle Leistungen zum Beispiel inkl. Bettwäsche, inkl. Endreinigung usw. gelesen und für gut befunden haben. Als einzige Zusatzkosten vor Ort wurde die Kurtaxe erhoben und auch beziffert. Schlussfolgernd gingen wir davon aus, dass alles andere inklusive ist. Wir finden die zusätzlichen Heizkosten von ca. 18 Euro pro Tag (knapp 4 Tage war die Heizung defekt) eine verdeckte Preiserhöhung sind und nicht unter "Wichtige Informationen" sondern bei den Kosten aufgeführt werden müssen.

10.0Hervorzuheben ist die absolute Sauberkeit sowie die Liebe zum Detail. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und ein phantastischer Blick im Schatten der Olivenbäume oder auch in der Sonne ist durchaus gegeben. Die Gastgeberin ist stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht und gestaltet den Aufenthalt angenehm und freundlich unter steter Wahrung der Privatsphäre. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen.

10.0The location is amazing, authentic, clean and Alessandra is an extraordinary host! Staying here was the perfect mix between being close enough to Florence and enjoying the countryside landscape in the evenings.
