Comfortable, well equipped and excellent value for money.
10.0We had everything we could possibly want. Just needed a clothes horse for drying washing.

Comfortable house
10.0Heatherlea was a great base in Grange over Sands, we had a really enjoyable time there. The house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped (though could do with an extra chopping board and sharp veg knife). There's a view of Morecambe bay from the top windows of the house. We had a lovely walk up nearby Hampsfell and the promenade in Grange with the beautifully tended gardens and parks is a delight. There's some good tea shops, we'd also recommend Fish over Chips, fish & chip shop, and Akhi Indian restaurant.

10.0The house was lovely, cozy, and in a great location. It felt comfortable and welcoming, making it a perfect place to stay.
− The bedroom had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
So relaxing and tranquil! Stunning area and amazing holiday!
10.0The location was up a hill with beautiful views over Morecambe Bay from the top bedroom window. The house was well stocked with everything you could need, and Lynda had provided milk and biscuits on arrival. It was warm and cosy with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Lovely soft fluffy towels were provided, and there was also a hair dryer which was very useful.
− We came by train, so parking wasn't an issue, but I think it could be difficult to park outside the cottage if you had a car, as it was on street parking, and there were usually neighbouring cars parked outside.
