10.0Everything . We went to a wedding in Leeds castle, it was only a short ride in a taxi and was much cheaper and comfortable then paying for a hotel for 4 adults. Also all the little extras like, tea and coffee, fruit, bread,milk, toiletries in the bathroom and all you need in a functional kitchen. You could literally go with just your clothes. It was like home from home.
− Garden and out side of the property let it down a bit but just needed a bit of tidy eg remove window cob webs,window cleaning, just a general tidy outside. Also property was very hot, now our climate is changing need to invest in some decent fans or small potable air con units. It wouldn’t take or cost a lot just the simple change and you would have the perfect stay.

− It needs a second WC - there is only one WC, this is in the bathroom, so if someone is showering and someone else needs the loo then it's a problem

9.0Good location, loads of amenities provided which was helpful as we arrived quite late at night. Fans available for rooms. Clean and nice place for family visit.
− The upper floor got really warm and did not seem to have much airflow in two of the rooms even with windows open. The fans were helpful but might be best to get stronger fans.

9.0The location was excellent, very quiet and the river views excellent. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom and the beds were comfortable.
− We thought the accommodation could do with a little tlc. The garden is getting overgrown and there were places where the paint had come off the doors. Lovely reed diffusers in all rooms but no liquid in them. These are only small negatives and we would stay again at Riverside if we were in the area.
