10.0Maria was amazing kind and cheerful, showed interest where we from and knew capital city. We came in early and she sort out our room with no problem and super quick to check in.

10.0Our first time staying here. We knew when we booked that the restaurant would be closed due to refurb. We had a few reminders leading up to the stay and then the lovely reception staff made sure we knew too. We had lots of time ahead of staying to research other options in the local area. Being round the back of a huge Tesco with a cafe was super handy! The room was as expected for a PI, we didn't have a shower curtain, not an issue, we requested one on our way to Tesco, and by the time we came bacl it had been fitted for us. We were in a quiet part of the hotel, so had two peaceful nights sleep. We will definitely be staying here again.

10.0All staff very pleasant and helpful. Room very clean. Excellent parking facilities. Very quiet. Bathroom facilities excellent with plenty of hot water.
