Friendly staff and clean room.
6.0Initial impressions weren’t great- dirty revolving door and reception tiles covered in leaves and debris. However, very warm welcome by staff made me feel hopeful. Took the unloved and unclean lift to the 5th floor where we entered our room. All good here! Very clean. Super-comfy bed. The curtains had a tear but served their purpose. Can’t comment on food but suited us for a night in order to visit the Uni Open Day in Newcastle. You get what you pay for which is a clean and comfortable room.

2.0Absolutely freezing. The hotel & the room. Breakfast was cold too. Staff were lovely Room keys stopped working at 10.30am

Very unhappy stay
2.0Room was nor prepared no bedding,no towels,no tea/coffee and was freezing cold when my partner asked for towels they were literally thrown at her in temper in the reception
Good to know
125 spaces, including disabled bays. Collect parking pass from reception on arrival. No height restriction. Spaces for coaches/lorries.
From M4 J24, take A48 (E) towards Langstone, at next roundabout double back towards (J24). The hotel is 50 yards on left before (J24) roundabout. Next to the Coldra Beefeater.
