6.0Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice. For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff.

There is no on-site parking at this hotel. Off-site parking is available 1 minute walk away from the hotel at Epsom Council Town Hall car park (KT17 4PW – opposite Fire station look for Town Hall parking sign). Alternative parking can be found at Depot Road (KT17 4RN) 4 - minute walk away from the hotel. Exit the M25 at Junction 9, and take the A243 exit to A24. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Leatherhead By-Pass. Then take the first exit onto Leatherhead Road. Turn right onto Ashley Road, then turn left onto The Parade.
