Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at

10.0

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Premier Inn thanks to Lina. Her customer service is beyond exceptional – she is warm, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. This Premier Inn is honestly above any I’ve ever stayed at. The whole team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are amazing. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt genuinely looked after. I would come back to this hotel just for the amazing staff and the outstanding way they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

Needs a good clean and refurbished

2.0

Disappointing stay at this hotel. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We stayed for one night and were allocated a room on the ground floor. Cleanliness was not great. The bedding had stains on them that we had to ask to be changed. The shower cubicle could have done with a good clean as did the whole bathroom. Thankfully, only a one night stay.

A lovely stay

10.0

Staff are incredible, so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking is free and plentiful. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and delicious with a fantastic continental choice too.

A great location and the normal Premier inn standard.

8.0

Another good stay at this hotel. An ideal location and a very comfy bed. Just starting to show signs that's it need a refresh. The standard of cleaning could be a little better. All of this did not affect our great stay.

Bad experience

2.0

No hearing, room was FREEZING! Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. Bin peddle was rusty. Shower curtain smelled mouldy and damp!
