10.0Great staff, clean, great value, good location.
Probably never again
2.0We have visited Buchanan Galleries at least twice a year for the past 12 years always enjoying our accommodation and food but I must say that our recent visit was far from pleasant but in fact abysmal, our plus room was fine but it is starting to look a bit shabby around the furnishing but this can be accepted due to the high volume off residents, the only faults with the room were that we had no coffee and only one bath towel, our main issue was the evening meal, it was very quiet when we went in with only about a dozen people dining but we were surprised they were turning people away, we ordered drinks and our meal and waited, our drinks came after 25 mins and whilst waiting for our meals we were offered four meals that were not ours as the girl did not know who they were for and she left a bowl of chips at the cash till, eventually after 50 mins our meals arrived and straight away we told her that it was over cooked (burnt) and cold, she took them back and returned 20 secs later with the same food to which I said it is the same food and still in the same condition, she then offered me the bowl of chips she left on the counter 15 mins previous at this stage I asked to see the manager as the girl did not know what to do, the duty manager was very apologetic and agreed but stated that they just did not have enough staff to provide a service, she offered us a full refund but we then had to go into Glasgow to have our meal, I must admit the staff we spoke to were very caring and fully understood our frustration but had to admit that they are totally understaffed in all areas. I think this may have been our last visit to Premier Inns if this is the type off experience they are providing and deem acceptable, I would just like to state again that this experience was by no means the fault of the staff that were on duty but more what is expected of them by their Managers and employers.

Hotel stay
10.0Very good customer service from Lee at Grimsby Premier Inn. Very helpful with getting my room cleaned and wifi fixed…..
A bit cold and noisy
8.0Good option to stay in guildford not too far from the centre is a noisy hotel with lots of guest and road noise. But clean comfort and good lication
Not pleasant
4.0Cold shower, dirty toilet. Room looking a bit tired with wood veneer coming off doors and evidence of flooding in the bathroom. Right by main road. Would not recommend, although it was cheap. I would prefer to pay more for cleanliness and a hot shower.
