Great staff at this Hotel
10.0We stay at the Premier Inn every year when we come over from our place in Spain. Always greeted by the fabulously attentive staff on reception. This year, Zoe was on duty most of our stay and her hospitality was superb! Great breakfast too! Always a pleasure staying here!

2 Star Premier Inn Hotel
4.0Avoid room 100 unless you would like an early morning wakeup from the kitchen extractor fans and kitchen noise. The hotel receptionist advised that the dining/rest area could not be used to wait for my check in (I was 30 mins early), so had to wait in my car!! Plenty of parking shared with the pub next door. Ok for an overnight stay but not any longer. Not great value for money. Consider other hotels before booking.
Good value in an excellent location
10.0Good location, multi storey car park very close by with excellent rates. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. Had a room on the 9th floor which was very quiet.
Wonderful Stay at Premier Inn Birmingham South – Exceptional Service from Diana
10.0Though this review is a bit belated, I wanted to share our fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Birmingham South from April 2025. The highlight of our visit was the amazing service from Diana during breakfast. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. On top of that, she went above and beyond by gifting my daughter some beautifully knitted bags from her friend, which was such a thoughtful touch. Even though some time has passed, we still remember the wonderful experience and highly recommend this location.

102 spaces (53 hotel & 49 restaurant), 11 disabled bays (6 at the hotel & 5 at the restaurant), Possible lorry parking around back of the hotel or on Riversway Drive at end of the road. Alternative parking available a 15 minute walk to Services across motorway roundabout
Situated directly off M65(J4). Take the 1st exit down Eccleshill Road, the hotel is on the left. Next to the Oakenhurst Farm Brewers Fayre.
