4.0The saving grace was that I was able to talk to someone who got me my full refund back. There is no driveway. The turnoff into the sloped yard is on a hairpin curve and you will miss it if you aren't paying attention. The house was a mess. It has not been cleaned in months. I know that because there was a bag of romaine lettuce in the fridge that was a black gloopy mess. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere plus a mouse nest in the floor register. We found towels in the dryer and sheets that had been washed in the washer that were dry. The garbage outside had not been picked up and reeked. It would have been a cute house if it were cleaned and maintained. Maybe the owner has gotten his act together by now but it was not pleasant for us.
