6.0The Paradise Gardens is an old hotel and it needs a lot of upgrading. The room was spacious and the air con worked. The gardens were good but the pool and the area around it needed work. One of the pools was half empty and unused. A new hotel is being built next to the Paradise Gardens and the noise of the concrete mixers and the hammering and banging was very intrusive, in fact, you couldn't hear the person next to you at times.
