10.0I had a really lovely stay here. The hotel was exactly what I was after – I got a quiet room with a comfy bed and great aircon. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me with “happy birthday” spelled out in roses, which was such a special touch. I did ask for two extra pillows since there were only two on the bed, but that was no problem at all. The spa is fantastic, and while I didn’t swim in the pool or dine at the restaurant, everything I saw looked very nice. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. This is hands down the best budget-friendly hotel I’ve stayed at – only $43 a night! Incredible value for what you get. The location is great and I’d highly recommend this hotel to others. Quick tip: if you’re above a size 12, you might want to bring your own towel as the ones provided are quite small.

10.0Stayed here for 3 nights, and had such a good experience. The rooms were clean and had room service everyday. There’s no laundry service but there’s a good laundry right next to the hotel - Bali Bubbles, for good reasonable prices. The bar and restaurant area is super nice with good food and drinks! Ayudian, one of the waitresses was so helpful and super friendly.10/10 would def come again :)
