Comfortable if noisy stay.
8.0Spacious room, in an older building. Still had some charm. Very glad for the AC! My room had a door connecting to another room (locked) but it was VERY easy to hear all their conversations and tv noise.

10.0Helpful and responsive staff, easy to follow check in instructions, absolutely recomend if wanting to be close to the downtown events very convenient and walkable to everything.

6.0Check in was super easy. Room was ready on time. Parking is behind the building and free. Room looked clean and was very spacious the only thing for the lack in 5 star rating is the un-welcomed visitors, the cockroaches! There were many, in the bathroom, on the floor, on the walls, outside in the common area!! Bring your raid and sleep with one eye open!

10.0We had a little hiccup with the email providing the check-in info, but once we called it was quickly resolved. The room has been redecorated nicely, with a super comfy bed and cold A/C. Right next to the farmers market, and a short walk to downtown Hilo. Would definitely stay again.
