8.0the roads nearby were terrible, huge potholes, not the fault of the hotel. The road into the parking lot is not marked, so it was hard to find at first. It was easy to get to/from the hotel during my stay, conveniently located.

4.0Property was as good as you get for the price. We ended up being placed right under a room being renovated at 7 am the next morning, with the waste dumpster being placed right outside our window, which made for a very loud and rude awakening.
