2.0The property didn’t send any checking in details even on the the day of arrival and after several attempts to contact the property messes phone calls The address on the form was the wrong one Finally at 1745 we managed to get in touch only because they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone or messages I have 3 young kids and a disabled wife we had to wait outside in the streets for more 3 and 1/2 hours after the check in due time and only after a Good Samaritan put us in the right direction Awful !!!
