10.0Customer service was excellent and the hotel is very convenient to all that the old town has to offer. We were allowed to check in early, which was a huge blessing. The room was very comfortable. We were able to walk easily anywhere we wanted to go. This was the perfect stay for our visit to the Nuremberg Christmas markets and we would highly recommend!
