2.0Terrible experience dealing with the hotel and the booking service. Would have liked someone to help us but nobody cares.

8.0Overall it is a great property. It is very close to campus and to shopping and dining. It is VERY noisy. There constantly the sound of slamming doors and the floors, walls are thin. 😕

10.0This was the best home2suites I’ve ever stayed in. It was super clean, had a great workout room and pool, and the breakfast was terrific. Even the coffee was nice and strong. Highly recommend. Great value and close to everything.

6.0Nice place to stay, but management is not very good. Not only my room, but several other rooms didn't have hairdryers. Hotel didn't even have a plunger. And my son was present when a customer came in to check in and the attendant on duty verified the registration, but said no rooms were available. Attendant would not fully credit the amount back, only 50%. Its a nice hotel, nice room, and covienent location, but management severely lacks. Given what I have experienced, I will not use this hotel again.
