4.0The rooms were poorly described, smelled like mildew and mold, the common areas had extension cords EVERYWHERE, cockroaches and loud banging from construction early in the morning and lasts all day. Left after our first night. Requested a refund and was denied!

10.0I stayed with my daughter one night before our cruise, they allowed us to check in early. The room was clean, very nicely decorated, it’s close to La Calle San Sebastián which is really fun. Close to shops and restaurants. Wonderful stay. Thank you Casa Las Ruinas.

2.0Loved the setting and the traditional architecture- 20ft cielings, interior courtyard. Windowless room. However, absence of front desk was an absolute killer - i had an extra 50 lb suitcase full of expensive gear and no way to leave it before checkin or after checkout for even a 2 hours. So, stress and high inconvenience.
