10.0Rien à critiquer sur l'hotel, tout est parfait. Seul petit bémol pour nous, personnel ne parlant pas un mot de français pas même à la réception. Un petit problème pour les personnes ne sachant pas bien nager, le ponton d'accès à la mer très pratique est exposé perpétuellement au vague.
Un bon hôtel pour les familles avec jeunes enfants
8.0Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment. Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement est moderne, propre, avec beaucoup de piscines et une bonne infrastructure. C’est un lieu vivant, principalement orienté vers les familles avec enfants. Cependant, plusieurs points ont été moins satisfaisants : • Les chambres (bloc 3000) sont très éloignées de la plage, et aucun moyen de transport interne n’était disponible dans notre secteur. Il faut marcher longtemps sous la chaleur. • Peu d’ombre et de végétation, ce qui accentue la chaleur. • Les 5 restaurants proposent presque tous la même chose. L’offre manque de diversité, et le restaurant asiatique était décevant. • Peu de bars ou rafraîchissements autour des piscines, surtout dans notre zone. • L’animation est limitée : peu de spectacles ou d’ambiance le soir. • Personnel présent, mais souvent peu souriant ou peu expérimenté. • Climatisation bruyante dans la chambre, ce qui gêne le sommeil.
