8.0As acomodações do hotel, no geral, são boas. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, mas precisa de mais gente na equipe. Pois fica somente uma pessoa pra recepcionar, atender, levar pro quarto e levar as malas. Na chegada, ficamos alguns minutos sem saber o que fazer, pois não tinha ninguém pra recepcionar, pois o funcionário não estava presente no momento em que chegamos. Ponto negativo também para o ar condicionado que não gelou.

10.0We loved our stay at Mahameru. It was so peaceful and tranquil. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious with great aircon and comfy king beds. We skipped the free breakfast a couple days as we wanted some other options that's the only feedback I would have but we would definitely recommend this place to others.

10.0I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. It’s so pretty and the pool area is awesome. The Breakfast was soo delicious, will come back for sure
