4.0The room smelled like sewer gas. There was no spot close to my room to park and I parked in front of a room on the opposite side of the lot. A person whose room was on that side of the lot complained to me but understood there was no available spot close to my room.

2.0The management was nice and gave me a refund so I went somewhere else. I did not feel safe at all at Baltzell Hotel. It's more of a place for traveling workmen than for single women.
