8.0Room was clean and located across the road from cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Air conditioning was set to 25 degrees Celsius and this couldn’t be changed so room extremely hot. Breakfast just ok.

6.0Facilities were great. Breakfast was diverse. Staff could be better with English. Be careful that you aren’t double charged. We prepaid with Expedia but were also charged by the hotel. The hotel also does not provide an invoice in English.

10.0Exceptionally friendly staff that helped me with an urgent transportation crisis. Language was less of a barrier here than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in China.
