10.0Reception staff was friendly, welcoming and overall excellent. Luca is rightfully proud of Scotland and shared some tales and legends. Room, while small, was nicely appointed with tea kettle & tea and bathroom had plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the windowless room and will stay here in my next visit.

10.0Great area to be in. I was travelling alone as a female traveler, and the staff made me feel safe and welcome. There was a little fire scare, and they handled it perfectly and I felt in good hands. Would recommend.
