10.0Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. Loved there was a personal shower head. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were very impressed and happy with our stay. The lady who runs it was very sweet as well. I highly recommend this place.

8.0Wonderful hostess and beautiful environment. Two bed suite is king and Victorian sofa that folds out. Very uncomfortable. Recommend replacing that piece. Add on AC is very loud

10.0While I only stayed there as a quick overnight spot ,this was a nice little place to stay with easy access to Burlington. The host was really nice. Felt very much at home. I would recommend this place.
