8.0Stayed for a wedding nearby. Very friendly service. Clean and comfortable room with excellent bath and shower.

8.0The staff were all welcoming and service was excellent. The room was small but surprisingly quiet for a public house. My only significant criticism about the room was that it was cold in the evening and overnight – I had to use the duvets from both single beds. Guests are warned not to change the thermostat on the underfloor heating.

10.0Not sure how this received such a low rating previously. I found that it was really good - the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was amazing and incredible value for money - the only issue I had was that I couldn't get the Velux blinds to stay closed, but I think that was more down to operator error! Definitely a place I wouldn't hesitate in stopping at again
