2.0We left within the first ten minutes of arriving. There is no form of heating in the rooms and it was just an all round outdated place that needs a lot of attention.

6.0As a room where we stayed for a night was clean and convenient. However, the whole building needs some maintenance.

6.0The whole place could do with some care, very tired looking building, peeling paint, not that clean, could nit connect to the wifi, no tv and no cups to make a drink in, The bed however was really comfortable and we did sleep well.

4.0The hotel is in very poor, unsightly, condition. The service at reception was absent to minimal. The room was clean but a little tatty despite being said to be one of their best. The TV was connected via WiFi whose channel was not connected to the internet. The satellite TV was not working. Both faults were beyond the capability of the staff to correct. I eventually reset & tuned the sat & its LNB myself. The nearby Bestsy Jane restaurant was great & improved the overall experience.
