Tuscany's charm vs. the Honeymoon suite's reality
4.0Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The property had great reviews, and I took my sister on a surprise relaxing trip through Tuscany. I chose the Honeymoon Suite to ensure our comfort, but was disappointed to find the room had no windows (it was very dark), just one glass door leading to a covered terrace with only dirty iron chairs and no other furniture. The bed had only two basic pillows, the furniture and bathroom were very basic. I usually try to stay positive and can overlook minor issues, but in this case, I felt the suite was highly overpriced for what was offered. There was absolutely no comfort at all. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and polite. The area is unbelievably beautiful too.

10.0Vietimme ihanat kaksi yötä täällä, olisimme voineet jäädä pidemmäksikin aikaa. Täällä todella pystyi rentoutumaan ja maisemat olivat todella kauniit. Palvelu ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä.

10.0We loved our stay! Beautiful property, excellent staff in all roles. Very friendly and helpful. We also did the aperitif and olive oil tours at the winery. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! And again very friendly staff. The only thing we missed was an air conditioner in our room. June was already very hot. Other than that it was amazing! We would return to this property in the future.
