10.0Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path.

10.0We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. We took our coffee and sat by the river. It was so peaceful and Beautiful. The he rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Convenient Kitchen with coffee/tea makers, etc.. I was kind of worried at first because I am disabled. But I made it up there. The bed was very comfortable as well. Will rent again.

10.0I can't say enough about the view, the beautiful home, and the access to the river! What's not to love!?? The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Being oregon ducks season ticket holders?? We will be back!
