− location nothing near by ubers wont come this far! This place is very old outdated safari decorations! Nothing works here! Carpet is very gross big stains every floor! All the tiles floors ar cracked and broken! walls are stained and dirty! All the blinds are falling off ! Bathrooms are gross moldy all tubs are stained! Air barely working! No way this is a exceptional place to stay! 7.0 maybe! Good for college kids to party at not a nice place for a family! Very disapointing!!!!!!

The unit was clean and bright! The view from the living room area and balcony was simply beautiful, watching the sunrise each morning is a must! The facility was quiet, clean, on the beach, close to restaurants in Pensacola Beach, easy access. Was on the second floor, elevator access is next to the car parking spot, couldn’t be better!

− It’s difficult to write much about what I didn’t like. If I had to pick something I guess it would be the three levels of stairs within the house. But….it’s good for us to climb stairs so I’m not complaining. I’m used to hard surface floors, and the ease of cleaning them, so I would replace the carpet with a hard surface if the unit was mine. But the carpet was nice, clean, and it felt good under my feet. This are not complaints, just thoughts!

Fantastic early fall getaway. The water and temperatures were perfect.

Location was great!

− It was hard to tell from the photos but this unit is 3 levels and when you walk in the door you have to go either up or down. One person with us had ambulation difficulties. Fortunately it went okay, not great but okay. We could not stay here again due to all of the stairs.
