− لا يوجد شيء ذو تأثير سلبي مباشر او يخص الشقة نفسها ،، ولا يوجد شيء قد يؤثر على روعة الاقامة، فقط نقطة بسيطة قد تهم عدد محدود من الأشخاص وهي ان الشقة بعيدة نوعاً ما عن سنتر مدينة كومو ، والطريق إليها ضيق نوعاً ما وتحتاج الى سيارة والقيادة بدون سرعة عن المنعطفات
