− Left bags in room and when I went back someone was in my room. They said that the code they were given was for that room and so it was their room. The code I was given was given was the same room. They had threw my bags out and stayed in the room. Therefore I couldn't find my bags and had no room. Had to phone the contact and get it sorted out. Not great .
