10.0Parking was easy. The beds were comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets in the room. The TV with Roku/Netflix/Disney Plus options were also convenient!

6.0The room was under construction and we were not told about that before booking. Drywall sanding dust was all over the walls. The toilet needed to be cleaned. The bathroom door would not close completely because it hit the carpet strip. The refrigerator is quite small, but we were thankful to have one to use. The remote was missing from the room and we had to request a replacement, which they promptly provided. There was a huge pile of mattresses behind the building, which everyone sees as they enter the parking lot (there is no parking lot entrance at the front). I wonder how long they've been sitting there. Our mattress did not seem to be new. The continental breakfast was quite small. We did not partake. I'm not sure we will be back to this property. It seems to keep going down in quality with each change of ownership.

10.0I liked the Jacuzzi jets in the bath (optional). I wouldn't call the place charming, although the staff was. It was convenient for my overnight need.
