4.0Very simple, I realized you get what you pay for. The room was livable. However, nothing about it was nice. Not well maintained, Window unit making strange noise, bathroom poor, carpet nasty. Oh well will know better next time.

8.0We had trouble with the tv remote and maintenance fixed it with a new remote. On our last morning two lights were out in the bathroom but I told them before we left. The bed was comfortable, we were given a handicapped room which we didn't need so the bathroom was funky. Complimentary breakfast was nicer than expected
