Check in was terrible. Advertised with parking but no fob given to access the car park. Advertised self catering and with toiletries and towels. Were given half a toilet roll, 1/3 left in a used bottle of body wash, No soap in hand dispenser in toilet, 2 bath towels for a family of 4, no cups and no kettle ( i had to buy these) sofa bed all stained, no window coverings in the big kitchen windows, electric socket hanging out of the wall beside sofa bed. Wall cuboard above sofa bed not secure to wall. Biggest concern of all was the door outside leading to the landing was not key opperated and took ages for the electric locks to turn and open, failing regularly and no lighting as this also kept failing. Huge fire hazzard especially as not one door was a fire door. Sent an email with concerns but was not responded too. I also requested a new mop head and a bucket as shower leaked but i was left with an old dirty mop head and no bucket. Did provide an iron but no where to use this, a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes except hanging over the 2 internal doors. Also old spices left in cuboards dated 2023 and half a jar of chocolate spread. Only positives was netflix, wifi and close by amenities.
